[Music] Hey everyone, Kelly Dean Allen here with you again. Today in three minutes going to show you how to play Do I Want to Know by the Arctic Monkeys. We were in standard tuning for this tutorial, working exclusively on the bottom three strings. And this one goes like [Music] this right there. and just over and over and over again. So, we’re starting with a hammer on from one to three of the low E string down to one of the A and then back to the three of the low E. And you’re just going to let that ring. Now, you’re going to repeat that hammering on one to three down to one of the A. This time, when you get down to the one of the A, you’re going to choke it off and then go down to one of the D string and then hammer on to three and back to one. Now you’re going to go on to the three of the A, slide it into five, back off to three, and then you’re going to go one, three of the A, open D, back onto the three, and then we finish with this. So we’re going to go one on to three, slide it into five, hammer three onto five, and then finish on that G note at the third fret of the low E. And that’s the riff. Slide open D slide hammer on three below E over and over and over again. Right. And leading into the chorus, we’re going to play the final [Music] time right here. We’re just going to hang on that and then slide it up two spots. And then we’re into the chorus. We’re going to jump up here to the 10th fret of the A. Slide it back to six. And then we’re going to go off to 3, five, six, and then reverse it. 1 to three and then 1 3 1 on to three of the low [Music] [Applause] E. 1 to three. And then you’re going to repeat the beginning of the riff. That right there. Back into 10. Back to [Music] six. 1 to three. And then the final time you just drop straight onto that G note. Don’t do this. You don’t do that. You just right from that C note there. Right onto that. Right. And that’s the chorus. And then right back to the main [Music] riff. And there you go. That is how you play that one.
