Make your own playing sound sick with this Wes Hauch lick. It is a simple lydian pattern repeated over 3 octaves.
Make sure to repeat each tempo untill you feel comfortable moving up to a higher tempo. If the jumps in tempo in the video is too great, then bring out a metronome on your phone or similar to bridge the gap. These are also great alternate picking exercises.
