Al Di Meola

A commemorative recording from the Al Di Meola Acoustic Trio concert, which took place on March 9, 2026 at the ROMA Musical Theater in Warsaw. The concert was one of the stops on The Guitarchitect's anniversary world tour. The event was organized as part of the music project Siesta on the road, authored and curated by Marcin Kydryński. The presented report contains extensive fragments of the concert, recalling the unique atmosphere of that evening. The concert program took the audience on a journey through the musical world of Alberto Di Meola – from compositions created in the late 1980s to contemporary songs from the latest album Twentyfour. You could hear passionate compositions such as Fandango or Ava's Dance in the Moonlight, as well as intriguing interpretations of The Beatles' classics. The concert ended with a standing ovation – the encore featured the theme from the film The Graduate and the mesmerizing Mediterranean Sundance.
