Above all my artistic escapades – whether it’s video directing, set design, interior decorating, choreography, music production, playing guitar, designing websites or using fashion and wardrobe as a canvas for creativity – I am, first and foremost, a songwriter.
And if there’s one song that embodies my purest voice as a songwriter, it’s undoubtedly Six. This song encapsulates everything I love most about music, and I’m profoundly grateful for the universe granting me the opportunity to channel it. The spirit of this song was woven with threads of influence from Tori Amos, Kaki King, Preston Reed, Dave Matthews, and Eric Johnson.
From the moment Six began to take shape, I knew how special it would be if I met the experience halfway with all of my attention. Despite the countless hours spent crafting it to perfection, I never wanted the writing process to end. This song became a vessel for my best work, and I’m excited to continue this expansive musical path, growing and expanding the ways I communicate through the gift of music.
