Seymour Duncan Jupiter vs L500XL vs Dimebucker

Wes Hauch

Here’s a quick little comparison video of Wes Hauch’s 6 string Jupiter set in my 1993 Les Paul going up against a Bill & Becky L500XL equipped Washburn Boogie Street Cross, as well as a Dimebucker in my Funky Munky bolt. Both of the quant essential Dime guitars have a ‘59 in the neck, where as the Les Paul has the aforementioned Jupiter in the neck as well.
All are going into my Mark I Diezel Herbert with a CE-2 & Reverb for the cleans, and just an EQ in the loop for the high gain tone as well as the built in mid cut feature

One other caveat is that the BSG Cross is tuned to C#, so to bring it up to Eb I’m using my DigiTech Ricochet to shoot it up a step, which adds a bit of a high pass filter to the tone for that guitar in particular
