Musicman Stingray IV: Like the Precision Bass and Jazz Bass, the Music Man Stingray was a hugely innovative bass designed by Leo Fender. The original was one of the first basses to use active electronics which gives the Stingray a big, punchy sound that’s since been embraced by players like John Deacon of Queen and Flea. Currently, Musicman makes a few variations on the original Stingray including this standard Stingray 4- string.
