Al DiMeola and his classical guitar band performs Ballad, featuring Amit Kathekar starting the song on a Tabla solo and then the band proceeding to Broken Heart at the Plaza Live Theatre in Orlando, Florida on January 16, 2026. Ballad was written by Al Di Meola (and sometimes is known on a few of Al’s albums as Broken Hearts) and was the second track on Opus, Al Di Meola’s studio album Opus, released in 2018.
