In this video I demonstrate how to play the song Pour Some Sugar On Me by Def Leppard. This is probably one of the most iconic and memorable tunes from Def Leppard (up for debate) and was featured on the album Hysteria. The album was produced by the legendary Mutt Lange who also is known producing AC/DC, The Cars, Bryan Adams and Shania Twain to name a few. This song is a classic example of effective guitar riffs, lyrics, melody and production. There is a lot to learn from analyzing the parts and pieces of this composition. While not the most challenging of guitar parts, one has to appreciate the pure genius of this song and the massive impact it had on the band’s career. I hope you enjoy the video. Please subscribe!
