I’ve created 10 custom high-gain rhythm presets for the Neural DSP Misha Mansoor X.
These presets are available for FREE download via Google Drive (link below).
Each preset has its own unique character and tone, ranging from tight metalcore riffs to powerful chord-driven rhythm sections.
To demonstrate, I’ve used multitracks where the drums and bass were mixed, but the guitars are completely raw and unprocessed — straight from the plugin, no extra EQ or compression.

These presets are designed specifically for tight rhythm guitar in genres like metalcore, djent, and modern metal.
To give you a clear idea of how they sound, I recorded two demo sections:
1️⃣ Metalcore riff – aggressive, palm-muted chugs with precise articulation.
2️⃣ Chord section – power chords and chord-based rhythm playing.
For the demo:
・Drums & bass are mixed for a full band feel.
・Guitars are 100% raw – no post-mixing, just the direct preset sound.
・Each section is played twice: once with the full band (drums + bass + guitars), and once with guitars only.
This way, you can hear exactly how the presets sit in a mix as well as in isolation.
