Lou Koller, iconic frontman for Sick of It All, has died at 59

Lou Koller, the frontman of New York hardcore band Sick of It All, has died at the age of 59 following a battle with esophageal cancer.

Koller’s death was announced by Sick of It All on July 24. He had been diagnosed with cancer in 2024, forcing the band to cancel a European tour while he underwent treatment. After intensive treatment, he was declared cancer-free in May 2025, but the cancer later returned.
