Chilean/Finnish ampsim overlords Neural DSP released their latest plugin today; Archetype: Misha Mansoor X. I’ve been playing around with the plugin these past few weeks, it’s got features for DAYS and I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface. The ingredient that really pull me in on this one is the shimmer reverb – it’s so much fun cranking the knobs up and get soaking wet in loooooong lush chords! 😍
I’m not much for doing “full product demos”; there are people out there that are total demoing pros, neither do I really like doing reviews – most plugin companies offer more or less generous test periods so if you’re interested just download the demo and make up your own mind about it! ☺
What I DO enjoy doing though is IMPROVISING on the guitar, so I used my preset “DI Hard” and recorded a rough little improvised piece!
